Supplementary Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions relate specifically, and only, to the prizes and competitions on offer during our 'Birthday month' ("November 2006"). The existing Terms & Conditions are in no way affected by the information on this page and the existing Terms & Conditions over-rule any content herein, should any conflict arise, and cover any area not mentioned in this document.
1.1 All FreeBingo birthday competitions, promotions, prizes or other give-aways (excluding FB£s) are offered by Focus Online Management Ltd from this Website (http://www.freebingo.co.uk).
1.2 All 'Birthday Month' competitions are only open to UK and ROI residents only, and who are registered on the Website and who are aged 18 or over.
1.3 An Entrant may only win one prize per 'Birthday Month' Competition. Entries to any 'Birthday Month' competition are limited to one per person per day.
1.4 In all 'Birthday Month' competitions the judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.0 The 'Birthday Bonanza Prize Draw'
Each day during November 2006, every player who logs into FreeBingo.co.uk and plays at least one game of bingo that day is automatically entered into the Birthday Bonanza Daily Prize Draw. One player will be chosen at random from those who have played that day, and they will win a sponsor-supplied prize chosen by Focus Online Management Ltd.
3.0 The 'In it to win it' Special Prize Draw
3.1 On each Friday in November (3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th) there will be two Special Prize Draws ('In it to win it') in the Birthday Room; one at 11.30 GMT and another at 20.30 GMT.
3.2 One player who is present in the Birthday Room at that time will be chosen at random to win one of our Special Birthday Prizes.
3.3 Each prize will be allocated a number and the winner will choose a number to win the corresponding prize.
4.0 Special Birthday Prizes
4.1 Although every effort will be made to supply the prizes stated, Focus Online Management Ltd cannot guarantee that the particular prizes will be available. Should a particular prize not be available due to circumstances beyond our control an equivalent prize, of equal or greater value, may therefore be offered in such cases.
4.2 Any prize pictures used on the site are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact prize awarded.
4.3 No responsibility can be accepted by Focus Online Management Ltd for the quality and/or suitability of any prizes provided by third parties.
4.4 Any time of delivery is an estimate only in respect of the delivery to an Entrant of any prize in any Competitions and Focus Online Management Ltd shall not be liable for any late delivery of the prizes or any loss or damage caused as a result.
4.5 'Chart CD of choice'. For the prizes of 'Chart CD of your choice', the 'chart' refers to the 'Artist Albums Chart' and 'Compilations Chart' as published on www.hmv.co.uk. Any winner must choose a CD that is available at that time on either of these charts.
4.51 Prize excludes special CD box sets.
4.6 'Chart DVD of choice'. For the prizes of 'Chart DVD of your choice', the 'chart' refers to the 'DVD Chart' as published on www.hmv.co.uk. Any winner must choose a DVD that is available at that time on this chart.
4.61 Prize excludes DVD box sets.
5.0 Prize Winners
5.1 For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of accepting a prize on this Website, certain personal information, such as your name and postal address, may be given to external suppliers for delivery purposes.
5.2 All prize winners will be notified by email within two working days of the prize announcement. If the winner does not reply to their email within 7 days, they will forfeit their prize and the draw will be run again and another winner selected.
5.3 All prize winners will be expected to reply with confirmation of their full address. It is therefore imperative that you accurately submit and maintain your personal details on the Website. On confirming their full address, Focus Online Management Ltd will then inform the winners on how and when to claim their prize. Focus Online Management Ltd will not be held responsible for prizes not delivered should player's address details not be correctly supplied.
5.4 All prize winners grant FreeBingo UK the irrevocable right but not obligation to use and publish their username and town and/or county of their postal address online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the FreeBingo UK. Acceptance of any prize constitutes irrevocable permission for the Operator and their advertising/promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising/promotional purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to change these 'Birthday Bonanza month' (November 2006) Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes shall have effect immediately upon publication on this site and you agree to be bound by them and to regularly review these terms for the purposes of monitoring such changes.
