Supplementary Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions relate specifically, and only, to the 'Birthday Dabbers Tournament' during our 'Birthday month' ("November 2009"). The existing Terms & Conditions are in no way affected by the information on this page and the existing Terms & Conditions over-rule any content herein, should any conflict arise, and cover any area not mentioned in this document.

1.0 The Birthday 'Qualifier' Tournaments

1.1 On each day from 5th - 14th November there will be six 'Birthday Qualifier' tournaments in the Birthday Dabbers Room 1; 09.00, 12.00, 15.00, 18.00, 21.00 and 00.00 GMT. There will also be an additional three 'Birthday Qualifier' tournaments in the Birthday Dabbers Room 1 at 09.00, 12.00 and 15.00 on November 15th. Birthday Dabbers Room 2 will host additional tournaments from 5th - 14th November at 18.00, 21.00 and 00.00 GMT.

1.2 The player who wins the most FB£s (Free Bingo Pounds) during a Qualifier Tournament will be declared the winner of the tournament and credited with a FB£1,000 bonus.

1.3 If the winner is eligible for entry into the Grand Final, they will also receive an invitation to the private 'Grand Final' which takes place on November 15th between 18.00 - 20.00 GMT. The invitation will be sent to them via email within two working days.

1.4 In addition to their Grand Final invitation, all eligible winners will receive a Foxy Bingo Beanie or a FreeBingo UK T-Shirt.

1.5 If the winner of a Qualifying Tournament is a non-UK resident, they will not be invited to the Grand Final or receive any additional prizes.

1.6 Any player suspected of playing in two tournaments at the same time will be immediately disqualified from this and all future FreeBingo competitions.

2.0 Eligibility

2.1 The 'Birthday Dabbers Tournament' is open to UK and ROI residents only, and who are registered on the Website and who are aged 18 or over.

2.2 Players must be registered to receive both the FreeBingo Newsletter and Eric's Offers mailings to be eligible to win an invitation to the Grand Final. If players are not eligible, they will not receive an invitation to the Grand Final and will not receive an additional prize.

2.3 Each player may only win one Grand Final invitation per household. In the event that an entrant wins more than one qualifying tournament, they will not receive an additional invitation and that qualifying tournament will become null and void.

2.4 FreeBingo reserves the right to refuse access to the Grand Final to any players.

3.0 Sponsor's prizes

3.1 Although every effort will be made to supply the prizes stated, Focus Online Management Ltd cannot guarantee that the particular prizes will be available. Should a particular prize not be available due to circumstances beyond our control an equivalent prize, of equal or greater value, may therefore be offered in such cases.

3.2 Any prize pictures used on the site are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact prize awarded.

3.3 No responsibility can be accepted by Focus Online Management Ltd for the quality and/or suitability of any prizes provided by third parties.

4.0 Prize Winners

4.1 All Qualifier Tournament winners will be notified by email within two working days of the winning announcement. If the winner does not reply to their email before 17.00 GMT on November 15th, they will forfeit their prize and invitation to the Grand Final.

4.2 All prize winners will be expected to reply with confirmation of their full postal address. It is therefore imperative that you accurately submit and maintain your personal details on the Website. On confirming their full address, Focus Online Management Ltd will then despatch their prize within five working days. Focus Online Management Ltd will not be held responsible for prizes not delivered should player's address details not be correctly supplied.

4.3 All prize winners grant FreeBingo UK the irrevocable right but not obligation to use and publish their username and town and/or county of their postal address online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the FreeBingo UK. Acceptance of any prize constitutes irrevocable permission for the Operator and their advertising/promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising/promotional purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law.

5.0 £100 Cash Prize

5.1 The £100 cash prize will be sent by email in the form of 2 x £50 paysafecard PIN codes to the winner of the Grand Final, which takes place on November 15th.

5.2 In the unlikely event that the Grand Final is won by more than one player, the £100 prize will be split equally between each winning player.

5.3 The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.0 Amendments

We reserve the right to change these 'Birthday Dabbers Tournament' (November 2009) Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes shall have effect immediately upon publication on this site and you agree to be bound by them and to regularly review these terms for the purposes of monitoring such changes.
