Supplementary Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions relate specifically, and only, to the 'Foxy Birthday Tournaments' during May 2010. The existing Terms & Conditions are in no way affected by the information on this page and the existing Terms & Conditions over-rule any content herein, should any conflict arise, and cover any area not mentioned in this document.

1.0 The 'Qualifier' Tournaments

1.1 On each day from 18th - 26th May there will be seven 'Qualifier' tournaments in the Foxy Tournament Room; 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00, 18.00, 20.00 and 22.00 GMT.

1.2 The player who wins the most FB£s (Free Bingo Pounds) during a Qualifier Tournament will be declared the winner of the tournament and credited with a FB£500 bonus. They will also win a Foxy Bingo Beanie which will be sent to the postal address on their FreeBingo profile.

1.3 If the winner is eligible for entry into the Grand Final, they will also receive an invitation to the private 'Grand Final' which takes place on May 27th between 19.00 - 21.00 GMT. The invitation will be sent to them via email within one working day.

1.4 If the the winner of a Qualifying Tournament is a non-UK resident, they will not be invited to the Grand Final or receive a Foxy Bingo Beanie.

2.0 Eligibility

2.1 The 'Foxy Birthday Tournament' is open to UK and ROI residents only, and who are registered on the Website and who are aged 18 or over.

2.2 Players must be registered to receive both the FreeBingo Newsletter and Eric's Offers mailings to be eligible to win an invitation to the Grand Final. If players are not eligible, they will not receive an invitation to the Grand Final.

2.3 Each player may only win one Grand Final invitation per person. In the unlikely event that an entrant wins more than one qualifying tournament, that entrant will be asked to nominate another player to receive their second invitation to the Grand Final.

2.4 FreeBingo reserves the right to refuse access to the Grand Final to any players.

3.0 Sponsor's prizes

3.1 The prize for winning one of the Grand Final tournaments includes:

2 tickets to the Foxy Bingo Birthday Party at the Cliffs Hotel, Blackpool.
A twin or double room for 11th and 12th June on bed and breakfast basis, also at the Cliffs Hotel, Blackpool.
Dinner on Friday 11th June as part of the Foxy Celebration which takes place in the Cliffs Hotel restaurant.

3.2 Transportation is not included in the prize package and therefore any winners will be expected to make their own travel arrangements to claim the prize package.

3.3 If the Grand Final winner is unable to travel to Blackpool to claim their prize on June 11th and 12th, they may elect someone else to claim the prize on their behalf.

4.0 Prize Winners

4.1 All Qualifier Tournament winners will be notified by email within two working days of the winning announcement. If the winner does not reply to their email before 17.00 GMT on 27th May, they may forfeit their invitation to the Grand Final.

4.2 All Qualifier Tournament winners will be sent details of their Grand Final invitation via email. It is therefore imperative that you accurately submit and maintain your email address on the Website, and ensure that manager@freebingo.co.uk is added to your trusted senders list. Focus Online Management Ltd will not be held responsible for invitations that are lost due to incorrect email addresses being provided, or for emails being blocked as spam or otherwise interrupted by the player's email client.

4.3 All prize winners grant FreeBingo UK the irrevocable right but not obligation to use and publish their username and town and/or county of their postal address online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the FreeBingo UK. Acceptance of any prize constitutes irrevocable permission for the Operator and their advertising/promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising/promotional purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law.

5.0 Amendments

We reserve the right to change these 'Foxy Birthday Tournament' (May 2010) Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes shall have effect immediately upon publication on this site and you agree to be bound by them and to regularly review these terms for the purposes of monitoring such changes.
