Quick Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• Packet of digestive bicuits
• Butter to mix biscuits
• 1 medium tub of philidelphia
• 1/2 jar lemon curd
• 1 packet dream topping
• 1 flake

Preparation:

1. Crush the bisciuts and mix in butter, cook on low heat.
2. Put in cake tin and put in fridge to set.
3. Make dream topping as directed, then add lemon curd and philidelphia.
4. When mixed, put onto biscuits.
5. Sprinkle flake on top.
6. Enjoy.
