Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 500g bag of fresh egg penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped into cubes
- 4oz of butter
- 4oz plain flour
- 4oz cheese for topping
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 pint of semi-skimmed milk
Preparation:
- Melt butter in a pot and add flour to make paste.
- Add milk slowly and cook until sauce is thick.
- Slice peppers into strips and cut the strips into halfs.
- Boil pasta for amount of time shown on pack, roughly 6 mins.
- Once chicken and peppers are chopped add them to the sauce and mix.
- Once pasta is cooked add the sauce mixture to the pasta.
- Pour all mixture into a glass oven proof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese and put in oven at 180 degress for 20 mins or until browning on top.
- Serve with baked potato or garlic bread, feeds four.
