Wayne & Karen become Santa for the day

Karen and I took a little break from the day-to-day office work and headed out to deliver a Christmas hamper to one of our lucky FreeBingo winners, carlill79.

Carlill79 won the Fortnum & Mason hamper in our December prize draw which was sponsored by The Sun Bingo. When it was discovered that carlill79 lived on 20 minutes away from the FreeBingo office, we decided to help beat the Christmas delivery rush by handing it over in person.

I can’t remember the last time we had a winner from Leeds, so we jumped at the chance to head over and ensure we got a winner’s photo to show everyone.

Carlill79 greeted us at the door proudly wearing her FreeBingo T-Shirt, and told us all about how she still couldn’t believe her luck and how she had cried she was so happy to win the big prize.

I must admit it was nice to get out and to meet someone who clearly loves playing FreeBingo. She was very complimentary about the site and all of the players who she says are all so nice and welcoming when you log on. She also admitted she hardly ever goes to land bingo now because she enjoys FreeBingo so much!

Alas, we had to head back to the office so we left carlill79 with the huge box of goodies and wished her a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. As this is likely to be my last blog post before Christmas, I wish all of our players the same and hope you will continue to enjoy FreeBingo into 2011.

Believe me, we have some very big plans for the site next year it is going to be great! Ho ho ho.
