Meeting our £250 Winner

Last month we held a very special Golden Ticket Tournament promotion to celebrate our 6th birthday. The top prize on offer was £250 in cash.

After a tense two-hour free bingo tournament, micky52 was declared the winner.

As a totally free bingo site, we often get new visitors suspicious that you can actually win prizes, so it is important for us to get photographs of our winners so we can prove to new players that you can really win some great prizes by playing on our site, but more often than not, our big prize winners don’t get round to sending them in.

Maybe they’re camera shy, or maybe they don’t have a camera. Either way, it could look to outsiders that no-one is really winning anything.

So that’s why on this occasion, with such a big prize, we decided to make the two hour trip to the North East to personally deliver micky52′s cash prize in person.

CM Karen and I drove up through the wind and rain, up the A1 and eventually arrived at micky52′s home, where we were greeted with a warm welcome. They even had a spread waiting for us, with ham sandwiches, carrot cake, biscuits, home baked scones and as much tea and pop as we could drink!

We spent a good half hour with Micky and his wife Linda (pictured top), who were both lovely people. They told us their £250 win had come just at the right time, and they would be getting everyone an extra Christmas present this year, including their three grandchildren.

Eventually we hopped back in the car and waved goodbye, but not before Linda ensured we took with us a packed lunch of sandwiches, scones and biscuits, which I will enjoy for my lunch today! lol

If we get such a warm welcome like this every time, we may do it again for another big winner! Thank you Micky and Linda for your hospitality and have a very Merry Christmas.
