FAQs
AOL Users
Many AOL users have encountered problems loading the FreeBingo game. These include problems with Shockwave, Runtime Errors, the graphics not loading or incorrect graphics in the game.
If the game screen is blank except for a little box in top left hand corner which says "RICH MEDIA BLOCKED" when you put your cursor over it. This is caused by AOLs built-in "pop up blockers". Go to block up poppers on the bottom of your page. Click browse. If it says AOL had blocked animated media from free bingo, remove the block to allow the game to load.
We suggest you try using a different Browser.
Try using the latest version of another browser (Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Netscape Navigator, etc) instead of your usual AOL browser. In some instances you may also need to reinstall Shockwave using the new browser. It is possible that Shockwave was originally downloaded via your AOL browser and configured for that browser.
