Email Safe Senders FAQs

To keep informed on FreeBingo events and offers make sure that you can receive emails from us. You should add our email addresses to your email program's contacts list. This will stop our important messages to you getting lost. Follow the instructions below for whichever program you use to collect your email.

Select your email software from the list below;

Add FreeBingo to your Hotmail safe senders list

Step 1: Click the "Mark as safe" or "Add to contacts" link

When you receive an email from us please remember to click the "Mark as safe" or "Add to contacts" links (highlighted in the pictures above). This will make sure that you receive our emails from the sending email address. Then follow the next steps to add our domain names to your safe senders lists.

Step 2: In hotmail click on the Options link

Step 3: Select Show Options for Hotmail

Step 4: Click the "Safe and blocked senders" link

Step 5: Click the "Safe senders" link

Step 6: Add our domain names.

Type freebingo.co.uk into the form then click the "Add to list >>" button.

Type fbukmail.com into the form then click the "Add to list >>" button.

How to add FreeBingo to your Gmail safe senders list

Click the small arrow to the right of the Reply button. Then select the menu item to add our address to your contacts list.

How to add FreeBingo to your Yahoo safe senders list

Click on the "Add" link which is next to the sender address at the top of the email.

How to add FreeBingo to your AOL safe senders list

Click on the "always for this sender" link.

Add FreeBingo to your Thunderbird Address Book

Right click on the From: email address to open the menu then select 'add to address book'

Instructions for Outlook Users

You can download a Vcard file which contains our contact details. Open the file and click the "Add to Address Book" button to add it into your Outlook address book.

Download the FreeBingo mailers Vcard to add our mailings email address to your outlook address book.

Download the FreeBingo support Vcard to add our support email address to your outlook address book.

Instructions for other email providers

Select our message or email address in your bulk mail or SPAM folder. Look for a menu, button or a link that is called something like "Not Spam" or "Add to Contacts". Try moving any of our messages from your bulk mail or SPAM folder into your Inbox.
