FB Eric ‘FB£’ means ‘Free Bingo Pounds’

When you win you are ‘paid out’ in FB£s, which increases your balance.

How do I get FB£s?

When you register, you’ll automatically receive FB£100 to begin playing and you can get another FB£1,000 once you’ve validated your email address.

Anything after this you’ll have to win by playing the free bingo and slot games, entering competitions or submitting content to the site such as your player photo.

What happens if I run out of FB£s?

It is very rare for anyone to actually run out of FB£s, but if you do you can email help@freebingo.co.uk and we’ll add some more to your account to get you going again.

Will my FB£s be reset?

At the moment players can win and grow their FB£ balance as high as they want, even into the millions.

In the future we may change things to re-introduce a regular re-set, but for the time being we have no plans in place for such a change.

I have FB£XXXX, why don’t I appear on the Leaderboard?

The FB£ balance you see on your screen is your total score from the entire time you’ve played on FreeBingo.

However, it is important to realise that many of our leaderboards are calculated based on the amount of FB£s won within a certain time period, such as today, yesterday or this month.

Your total FB£ balance may be large, but only the FB£s that have been won today/yesterday/this month will count towards those particular leaderboards, which also take into account how many FB£s you spent on ticket to form a profit amount.

Can I withdraw my FB£s?

Free Bingo Pounds have no monetary value and therefore cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real cash.

Occasionally you may be able to enter competitions or exchange FB£s for exclusive bingo offers. Keep an eye on our news & blog page for such promotions.
