A recent survey of FreeBingo players showed that they were split over who was looking forward to the Euro 2012 football championships, and who is absolutely dreading it.

Not surprising really. Not everyone likes football after all.

Therefore this year we thought we would try and run a special bingo promotion which both football and non-football fans could enjoy, and to do this we came up with the idea of the EURO JACKPOT ROOM.

What is the Euro Jackpot?

The basic idea of our new Euro Jackpot is surprisingly simple.

There will be a special XJP (extra jackpot) in our new Euro Jackpot Room which opens on Friday June 8th. This XJP will be triggered whenever a player claims full house in 50 calls or less (difficult but worth it).

What’s special about it is that the jackpot will begin on FB£2012 and it will be increased by FB£100 for every goal scored by any team in the Euro 2012 tournament (excluding penalty shootouts).

During the last tournament in 2008 there were 77 goals scored in total, which means our Euro Jackpot could potentially reach over FB£9,000 (or higher).

Even if you don’t like football, you can get behind a big jackpot right?

Opening Times

The Euro Jackpot room will be available each evening of the Euro 2012 championships which run from 8th June – 1st July.

The room itself will be open from 4.50pm – 11.10pm each day, which is when the majority of the football matches will take place.

All goals scored will be calculated, and the XJP will be updated by FB£100 for every goal scored in time for the following day’s play.

However, in some instances the XJP may be updated live as the goals go in (if FreeBingo staff are online to do so).

Also, in an added bit of fun, whenever there is an England game in play, the regular game jackpots (not the XJP) will be doubled for 2 hours.
